1. Delivery Areas

We offer FREE nationwide delivery across South Africa on selected products and promotions.

We also arrange deliveries to neighboring countries within the SADC region. International deliveries are quoted separately based on the destination, product specifications, and transport requirements.

2. Delivery Charges

FREE Delivery is available on qualifying products and selected promotional offers within South Africa.

For custom projects, oversized units, remote locations, cross-border deliveries, or deliveries requiring special transport arrangements, additional transport charges may apply. Where applicable, these charges will be communicated and approved before dispatch.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

3. VAT

All prices displayed on our website are subject to the applicable South African Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable in accordance with South African tax legislation.

Any applicable VAT will be clearly reflected on your official quotation or invoice before payment is made.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• 5–8 business days for standard shipping containers (subject to stock availability).

• 2–6 weeks for modular homes, prefab buildings, cabin containers, and custom container conversions, depending on design specifications and production requirements.

• Delivery to remote areas or neighboring countries may require additional transit time.

Delivery timeframes commence once:

• The order has been confirmed.

• Any required deposit or payment has been received.

• Final specifications have been approved.

• Delivery arrangements have been confirmed with the customer.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed after:

• Confirmation of the customer's order.

• Verification of the delivery address.

• Confirmation that the delivery site is accessible.

• Completion of any required manufacturing or customization.

Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date before dispatch.

6. Delivery Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate access for delivery vehicles.

• Suitable ground conditions for safe offloading.

• No overhead obstructions such as power lines or trees.

• Sufficient space for crane truck operation where required.

• Accurate delivery instructions prior to dispatch.

If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or unsuitable site conditions, additional transport or redelivery charges may apply.

7. Risk & Inspection

Risk passes to the customer once the product has been successfully delivered and offloaded at the agreed delivery location.

Customers are requested to inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

Any delivery-related concerns or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported with photographs where applicable.
