This Parts and Accessories Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return parts and accessories purchased from Best Container Solutions.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns on parts and accessories under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery or collection

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• The item is in a resalable condition

• Proof of purchase is provided

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed parts

• Electrical or modified components

• Special-order or custom-made items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email

2. Provide order details and reason for return

3. Wait for return approval confirmation

4. Return the item to the agreed address

Returns sent without approval may be rejected.

5. INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approval of refunds or exchanges is subject to condition assessment by Best Container Solutions.

6. REFUNDS

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

Delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
